Description
I am hiring Finance Manager(s) for multiple clients in the real estate and infrastructure investment management sector.
Responsibilities
These roles will be responsible for driving financial and management reporting, and ensuring overall compliance to internal and external regulations. Key responsibilities include financial controllership, management reporting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, preparing budgets/forecasts and evaluating trends and financial models on investment returns. These roles will liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely and accurate reporting and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
You are CPA/CA qualified with at least 7 years of experience, including commercial experience in financial and management reporting. Experience in financial modelling/ impairment assessment will be highly advantageous. To succeed in these roles, you will be described as driven, dynamic and versatile.
