Key Responsibilities

Budget Management

:Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring they remain within allocated limits and align with financial targets.

Cost Control

:Monitor project expenses, analyze cost overruns, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce expenditures.

Financial Planning

:Conduct financial forecasting, cash flow management, and develop strategic financial plans to support business goals.

Reporting & Analysis

:Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profitability analyses, to provide insights into project performance and the company's financial health.

Risk Management

:Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, such as cost overruns, schedule delays, and market fluctuations.

Contract & Procurement Management

:Manage vendor payments and subcontractor agreements, ensuring contract compliance and timely payments.

Stakeholder Communication

:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and auditors, to provide financial information and resolve issues.

Compliance

:Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and tax obligations.
