Job Description
Our client is an MNC company in the Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their Finance team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of the company’s SGX result announcements, and also the consolidated financial statements and accounts notes when required
- Responsible for the preparation of variance analysis and documentation needed to support the reporting to the relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for the company’s monthly group consolidations, financial/management reports, while following the relevant regulations/guidelines
- In charge of the submission of the company’s budget forecasting reports
- In charge of ensuring the quality completion of the relevant accounting activities of the relevant holding companies within the organization
- In charge of ensuring the company’s accounting activities are in compliance with the relevant SGX listing requirement, as well as internal and external regulations (eg. Group policies, Tax and Statutory)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong Supervisory Experience
