Job Description

Responsibilities: -

• Lead and manage the day-to-day financial operations such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Cash Management, and and Costing
• Responsible for financial & management reporting and ensufulfillfulfil the Group requirements
• Perform variance analysis on income and expenses, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Preparation of annual budget and forecast
• Lead the annual stock audit and stock reconciliation
• Oversee and review statutory filings including Financial Statements, annual tax computations, corporate tax submissions, GST submission
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, banking relationship managers, tax and corporate agents, and corporate secretarial agents to ensure tax and relevant statutory compliance
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements: -

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Professional Qualification (ACCA/ CPA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and managing a team in Finance Department is required
• Prefer manufacturing/ precision engineering industry experience and Big 4 audit experiences
• Ability to lead the team and demonstrate effective communication skills
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• SAP B1/ SAP system knowledge will be an advantage
• Meticulous, initiative, ability to work independently, possess an analytical mind, well-organized, multi-tasking and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
