About usWe are an Asian-based private equity firm with about $7b assets under management. Our investments span across Asia, Europe and North America. We are now recruiting a self-motivated and technically competent person for our Finance Manager role. We provide basic health and dental insurance.Finance Manager s Report to Investors Ensure deliverables are properly prepared and sent to investors on timely basis; Respond to periodical, adhoc investors information request.Cash & Bank Management Ensure excess cash is put to good use; proceeds are either used to reduce loans or distributed back to investors or placed on deposit.Investments, Divestments Review investment memo and circulate out for investment committees approval; Ensure there's sufficient cash and securities for trade settlement to be done on timely basis; Ensure compliance to limits stipulated in funds mandate.Loans Monitor all loan covenants and prepare periodical compliance reports for submission to banks.Tax Able to review tax computation and has US tax reporting knowledge plus basic FATCA, CRS classification & reporting knowledge.Compliance Ensure proper and timely submission of quarterly & yearly SFC & MAS reporting & to complete adhoc surveys.Required skills, traits and qualifications Proactive; Able to carry out effective discussion; Resourceful & a team player; Accounting knowledge and understanding of US GAAP & IFRS is a must; Experience with private equity firm or hedge fund is preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
