Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a business unit to deliver quality Finance and Accounting services to our clients in public, private and not-for-profit sectors
- Plan, develop and review staff competency, supervise and motivate staff to deliver professional and quality services to clients
- Develop, review and test system of internal Accounting controls in compliance to internal / external audit requirements
- Plan, develop and review proper administration system (including IT systems) to execute financial and accounting transactions
- Develop risk management / internal audit capabilities and manage effective customer relationship
- Accounting degree and/or Certified Accountant qualification
- Member of professional accounting body (e.g. ISCA, ACCA)
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance Operations with 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Work experience in shared service / public sector experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in excel, preferably Dynamics 365, WORKDAY and SAP accounting system knowledge
- Good understanding of FRS and SB FRS
- Good presentation skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Must uphold strong code of work ethics, in particular confidentiality of information
- Must be able to review and respond to changes in client’s requirements
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Detailed in administrative work
- Able to lead a team of more than 10 staffs
