Reporting to CEO with overall responsibility of the finance function. Directing the development of a five-year budget and maintaining ongoing analytics. Leading the finance team in preparing for Form S-4 Filing and Annual Report in accordance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Setting up internal control processes . Streamlining daily activities and introducing process improvements to boost efficiency. Leading cross-functional teams, managing existing partnerships, and evaluating company business goalsExperience and Qualifications: . Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. 5 to 10 years of working experience in the finance sector. Effective client management skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Strongly adaptable to fast-paced and high intensity working environment and able to take on frequent business trips. Strong business acumen. Detail-oriented and persuasive. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
