Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day financial operations within the company
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly reporting packages and financial year end closing
• Participate in project costing and monitor project budgets
• Administer and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, including working with management to finalise budget and performing variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow and forecasting
• Guide and manage the team in their day-to-day finance function
• Look to strengthen current financial workflow/processes, internal control and process improvement
• System and processes- assist in processes and system implementation as required; continue to streamline and automate tasks to ensure improvement and efficiencies
• Manage and arrange project financing
• Liaise with internal, external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and bankers
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum of a degree in accountancy or ACCA or equivalent
• CA Singapore and knowledge of Accpac preferred
• Minimum 3 years experiences in managerial position
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting and corporate taxes.
• Capable and experience to guide, supervise, manage and lead staffs
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Eye for detail and highly meticulous
