This person will work closely with Finance Managers, Corporate FP&A, and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation, and discipline to the Global Business Group. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, critical thinker who understands different perspectives and translates data-driven insights into thoughtful solutions. Equally important will be the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.


Finance Manager - Global Business Group (APAC & India) Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the operational execution of multiple cross functional projects. Ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables across all stakeholders
  • Operate with a deep understanding of core FP&A planning principles, processes, and deliverables such as
  • budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, accruals and close, variance analysis, approvals, and reporting
  • Manage quarterly financial consolidations to develop a strong narrative of trends, risks, and opportunities for the Meta Business Group
  • Manage quarterly and monthly budget utilization reporting to senior stakeholders (in conjunction with cross functional business partners)
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance, across multiple time zones (PST, EST, GMT, IST, AEST) with both Finance and key cross functional business partners
  • Independently identify and execute process improvement opportunities to help scale the organization and drive alignment & roadmaps for key planning responsibilities
  • Present analyses to executive stakeholders across Business and Finance teams
  • Influence business direction through strategic thinking, communications, and data



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highly skilled at synthesizing strategic business insights, problem solving, and determining root cause
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, management or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or business strategy
  • Adept at building relationships with people across all levels and many functions



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Senior Executives
  • Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management or related field
  • Experience serving as a FP&A business partner to cross functional business partners (i.e. Engineering, Product Management, Accounting, Sales, and Legal)
  • Experience with Financial systems (e.g. Essbase, SAP), dashboard reporting tools (i.e. Tableau) and SQL
