Primary Location: Singapore
Other locations : Malaysia, China
Grade/Title : 11, Finance Manager

Responsible for providing robust financial analysis and support to business that assist with business decisions and overall financial health. In addition, participate with the appropriate business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting at regional as well as global level.
There will be an emphasis on process improvement, simplification and automation where possible.
Key responsibilities and expectations
A successful Manager will:
Be able to analyze and deliver insights that link financial reports to business strategies
Connects market intel with business performance for an all-inclusive business performance reporting
Guide business towards target delivery through budget control and other business decisions as needed
Challenge status-quo with an emphasis on shaping the future strategic direction and decision making
Maintain liaison for business with other finance functions
What we are looking for
We are looking for an individual demonstrating the following characteristics:
Strong analysis and problem-solving skill with proven track record
Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate at all levels within the organization
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Independent and highly motivated
Proficient in analytic tools (ie: Tableau, Alteryx, Anaplan, Salesforce Analytics etc)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
Degree or professional qualification in Accounting recognized by professional body
At least 10 years' experience in finance/accounting industry, with minimum 5 years' experience in Finance business partnering role. Experience in one of the Big 4s will be an added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong time management skills and relationship management skills
Personal skills: team player, strong time management, planning/organization, and communication skills.
