JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThis role is part of the in Finance team and requires the preparation of the tasks described below: Closing based on K-IFRS1. Separated/Consolidated Financial Statement and Notes (Quarterly/Annually) Provide Audit/Review report working with accounting team Provide Cash Flow based on K-IFRS Review and revise the PKG of subsidiaries of the Group Provide notes for the audit/review Reconciliation between English F/5 and Korean F/52. Preparation of financial information in annual/quarter reports for KRX disclosurePeriodic disclosure1. Timely disclosure for the annual business report and semi-annual/quarterly reportso Preparation of information other than financial matters through co-work with the related departmento Manage the schedule for the timely disclosure of regular reportAnalysis1. Preparation of annual business plan and mid- to long-term business plan at the Group level2. Drive market analysis as the Group's Pipeline3. Drive market analysis of Vaccine center4. Performance analysis compared with quarter/annualGeneral1. Support related to Board of Directors and Audit Committee2. Support the financial work for the other departmentREQUIREMENTS At least 5 years of experience in Finance Certified Public Accounting is a plus High level of Finance or Accountancy knowledge High degree of business understanding Data analytics and comprehension Advanced MS-Office skill and experience in SAP Ability to communication in both Korean and English to communicate with Korean-speaking counterparts
