: * Review of project budget submissions and division budget submissions during the mid-year / annual budget planning exercise through active partnership and engagement of divisions, : Review of project budget submissions and division budget submissions during the mid-year / annual budget planning exercise through active partnership and engagement of divisions, to ensure budget sustainability and alignment to the Board's strategic outcomes Manage specific funding sources, from submission of funding proposals, to drawing down of funds, allocation, utilisation, reporting and audits as required by funding agencies. Support the implementation of investment strategies to optimise returns, in consultation with the Investment Committee, banks and external fund managers. Engage and provide advice to relevant internal and external stakeholders on financial matters. Support improvements in financial policies, processes and procedures. Work Arrangement: Working Hours: Monday - Friday (office hours) Location: Near City Hall Contract Duration: 1 Year Job Requirements: Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance, in particular, strategic budgeting and resource management. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Proactive, meticulous, and possess strong analytical skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills Systematic and adopt a thorough approach to work, with a strong sense of accountability and sense of urgency. Familiarity with Workday system, and data analytics, is an advantage
