Description

We are growing our Singapore team and we are looking for a Finance Manager that will be managing and supporting the business stakeholders. The successful candidate who displays leadership qualities and has the right acumen will have an opportunity for advancement to a managerial position after a few years. Therefore, we seek serious candidates who wish to have a long-term career in financial analysis.

• Ensure preparation, coordination and consolidation of monthly financials and reporting for Asia Pacific region; and supporting analysis.
• Support Finance Director on monthly and quarterly reviews and reporting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting process and supporting analysis.
• Ensure preparation of Global and Corporate financial information requests and certification process
• Provide deeper insights into the numbers through effective story telling.
• Lead the annual planning process inclusive of preparation of deliverables, coordination, and consolidation of regional financial plan for all of Asia Pacific.
• Support Finance Director on any ad-hoc requests (projects, FP&A work, analysis, issue resolution)
• Be a flag bearer of leading the fitness mentality (reduce OPEX in a less value-added area in order to invest in a strategic priority) and digital transformation and activities.
• Work closely with the FP&A team in NA on regional and select global projects.
• Support Finance Director in the execution of annual strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen internal controls and drive process and reporting efficiencies.
• Support functional, market and regional business leaders in managing OPEX spending, meeting budgets, timely communication, accuracy of information to be provided, identification and resolution of issues, and satisfaction of business partner (i.e., Sales, HR, IT, Finance & Marketing)
• Provide direction for employees through setting annual objectives and providing continuous feedback and impact coaching.
• Support and develop skills of team members.
• Change management.
• Act as a mentor/coach.
• Support in developing the Asia Finance Organization giving the team members increased responsibility, accountability, and empowerment.
• Partner with Finance Director in developing succession planning for top roles in Finance.
• To teach and lead a SCS culture in line with our values to the broader Asia Pacific teams, not just Finance.

• Minimum 10 years\' experience in accounting and finance management with 5 years in experience in managing and leading teams.
• Experience in Data analytics/Data Science/Storytelling with Data will be given an added preference.
• Possess strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading high-performing and self-directed teams, developing teams, and effectively facilitating change.
• Possess strong business skills with a proven ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively, as well as possess financial acumen, excellent process management skills, and the ability to make sound operational decisions while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and proactively foster positive relationships among team members and related functions.
• Possess strong negotiation skills and excellent presentation skills using Microsoft application.
