:Our client is a leading provider of engineering, procurement, and construction management solutions, specializing in high-technology production facilities primarily across Singapore and mainland China.They offer end-to-end services from consultancy and design to construction, ensuring exceptional quality and innovation in every project.Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our operations in Singapore and mainland China. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization. This role will play a crucial part in supporting strategic decision-making and optimizing financial performance across projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and taxation.
• Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to senior management.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, including budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Support project managers with financial insights and analysis for project costing and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CA preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Malaysia occasionally.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) industry.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software; proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese would be advantageous.
