Job Description

:Financial ManagementResponsible in preparing consolidated financial statements and full set of accounts;Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and external parties to ensure relevant statutory compliance;Formulate, review and implement policies, procedures and internal controls;Preparation of all finance-related matters. This includes maintaining finance records, reconciliation and managing the administration in finance processes;Deliver monthly management reports in designing or enhancing monthly management reports.To review tax/GST Tax & GST, Compliant & Policy, Legal & ContractUndertake ad-hoc projects and other job duties which may be assigned from time to time.Planning & BudgetingTo prepare and implement the budget, capital plan and strategic plan to ensure timely, reliable and realistic forecasts.To report on reviewing performance against plan, and provide board and management with a clear analysis of variances.Coordinate execution of cash transfers between bank accounts for funding arrangementsReview monthly cash flowRecommend areas for enhancements and improvements for the current systems and processes to meet the challenges and needs of stakeholders.
