\xef\xbb\xbf- Monday to Friday, 9-5pm
\xef\xbb\xbf- Salary range: Up to 8kKey Responsibilities:- Develop and manage financial models and forecasts.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Analyze financial performance and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Monitor and manage budget performance, ensuring compliance with financial targets.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial statements.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and address any issues.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Supervise and mentor finance staff.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and analysis.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Assist in business planning and performance management.Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
