Job Description

Our client is one of the fastest growing Data Centre with strong presence across APAC. To facilitate the company growth and active projects, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in the Singapore Office.Leading a small team, your responsibilities include:

• Being the team manager for Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger and month end-closing functions
• Responsible for the financial reporting on the monthly and quarterly basis
• Reviewing financial statements for audit reviews and working with external auditors on audit requests
• Leading the Finance operations for the investments and entity assets
• Monitoring the cash flow at the corporate level, looking after the cash and bank management
• Responsible for the tax filings and annual returns
• Liaise and working closing with business partner with both internal and external stakeholders across the APAC region
• Formulate and review new business initiatives to improve the business operation, internal control, processes and procedures e.g. e.g. system implementation and the related UAT testing
• Support ad hoc finance projects

To qualify, individuals should possess:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline with audit training in audit firms is a plus
• Professional qualifications in CPA/ ACCA or equivalent is preferred
• Hands-on experiences in Finance operations and Financial Reporting
• Team Leading experiences is needed to lead the experienced subordinates in the team
• Preferably industries experiences across Data Centres/ Real Estate/ Infrastructure/ Construction/ Logistics
• Regional/ Global exposure are highly preferred
• Growth mindful and someone who is keen to drive changes and be part of the team
• Good team work which is able to work independently and work effectively with other stakeholders
