• To provide Finance support to Mobile & Voice Engineering Network (MVE) unit including the budgeting, forecasting, monthly review of the financial performance and cost allocation & analysis
• Business Case Evaluation to support Mobile and Voice Capex Investment, Mobile & Voice cost to serve analysis and any ad-hoc analysis required by Strategic Portfolio team
• Review of cost savings/avoidance in cost transformation initiatives.
• Network Finance SPOC for Mobile and Voice Product and main coordinator for Network Product Capex Paper for Mobile, Home, Domestic Data and International Voice
• Fixed Asset Support for MVE
• Review of fixed assets' useful lives for Singtel group by benchmarking to Singtel's subsidiaries, associates and competitors to propose a reasonable useful life, if necessary.

Make an Impact byTo provide Finance support to MVE business unit including the budgeting, forecasting, monthly review of the financial performance and cost allocation & analysis, business case evaluation and perform financial assessment for vendors for due diligenceTrack Financial KPIs to ensure that company and business unit targets are met, and keeping management informed of progress KPIs so that prompt and appropriate actions can be taken to improve performance where necessary.Coordinate the Annual Budgeting exercise, Quarterly Forecasting and Monthly reporting for MVE business unita. Consolidation of budget and forecast drivers for product allocationb. Evaluate post-allocated Mobile and Voice P&L by segment to determine reasonableness.c. Provide Product finance managers with variance analyses for QoQ and YoY variances of post allocated Networks costs.

• Close monitoring to ensure prompt commissioning of project to assets. Provide guidance to line users and other support staffs
• Network Finance SPOC for Mobile and Voice Product and main coordinator for Network Product Capex Paper for Mobile, Home, Domestic Data and International Voice
• Review of fixed assets' useful lives for Singtel group by benchmarking to Singtel's subsidiaries, associates and competitors to propose a reasonable useful life, if necessary.

Skills for Success

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or Finance
• xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bMore than 5 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of relevant Accounting Standards
• Good understanding of financial systems and how they meet Management, Financial and Regulatory reporting requirements
• Strong analytical skills, project management skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivator
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
• Good understanding of telecommunications business
