Job Description

As one of the initial pioneers for the Singapore office, you will be responsible for supervising all financial affairs, which encompass but not limited to full sets of accounts, tax, and auditing.

Description

• The main point of contact for all financial inquiries at the Site Office.
• Oversee the complete set of monthly and year-end accounts.
• Compile monthly financial statements and handle progress claims and e-invoices.
• Prepare quarterly GST return submissions and monthly internal and external miscellaneous reports.
• Supervise the annual statutory audits, tax matters, and statistical inquiries.
• Generate company secretarial documents including resolutions from directors/shareholders.
• Aid in ongoing corporate tasks.
• Coordinate with ACRA and auditors for statutory audit purposes.

Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or other relevant qualification.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English to engage with China stakeholders.
• Start-up experience is preferred.
