Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions relating to casino operations, including providing advice to Business Units on operational matters such as revenue and expenditure trends Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts and provide management reports and analysis of financial performance Monitor/Analyze the trends of Key Performance indicators and identify the cause of any unexpected variances Develop financial models and analyze data to support strategic initiatives Develop/Prepare annual budget, capital expenditure plans, cashflow projection and financial forecast for Business Units A business partner to support Management team and Heads of Department Lead the implementation of digitization and automation processes Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time Requirements: Degree in Accountancy or Finance or other professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA Minimum of 6 years of experience in a large organization with 2 years in a supervisory role Good technical knowledge in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis Proactive, committed and able to work under tight deadlines Possess initiative and ability to work independently Good analytical skills and attention to details A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
