Senior Finance Manager

Global market leader is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for their fast-expanding logistics business arm. This newly created role offers exposure to many facets of the business and interaction with stakeholders across levels and functions. The Singapore setup is strategic to this listed MNC’s organizational structure, this role provides an excellent platform for career growth.



Key Responsibilities

• Act as lead finance support for cross-functional teams in delivering key global and regional programs
• Develop and drive cost optimization initiatives
• Drive annual financial forecast and manage forecast accuracy
• Develop complex modeling in support of strategic plans, business sizing and performance management
• Prepare analytics and presentations for Executive consumption
• Manage stakeholders across levels and functions to enable integration of policies and/or global processes
• Work closely with operations business partners to provide necessary guidance, support and training
• Resolve complex operations and business issues spanning across functions and locations through working with multiple functional teams (including other finance support teams)
• Identify and develop the capabilities of direct reports

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of managerial experience as a senior manager, ideally in logistics/supply chain industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business partnering with regional operation teams preferably in logistics sector
• Subject matter expert in SAP
• Extensive knowledge of logistics-related operational and financial processes
• Strong business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Analytical mindset and global perspective
• Must be willing to travel (potentially up to 40%) and to work across multiple time zones
