Finance Manager/senior Finance Manager (logistics)

Job Description
As a crucial member of the finance team, you will oversee the financial management and reporting activities of our logstics business, be responsible for budget planning and forecasting. You will support management by offering insights and recommendations that will allow them to make the best decisions for the business unit and company.
Your duties will include:
- Lead a team of financial professionals to ensure timely reporting of monthly/quarterly management reports
- Review of monthly financial performance, highlighting key variances and conduct investigations of exceptions
- Oversee the planning and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Review current internal controls and suggest process improvements to strength the control processes
- Develop long-term business plans
- Possess a degree in Accountancy and at least 10 years\' experience of relevant experience, of which at least 5 years\' are in the logistics industry
- Strong analytical skills and sharp commercial and business acumen
- Good business partnering skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
