Financial Analyst ($4000 $5500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Performs daily Account Payable function to ensure all transactions are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
- Assist the AR team by issuing invoices, and payments, and following up with outstanding fees.
- Submission of FPS Insurance.
- Ensure compliance with the mandated insurance for fees collected in advance under the Fee Protection scheme.
- Review multiple entity accounts and liaison with various departments (e.g. Academic/Procurement).
- Responsible for reconciling and agreeing intercompany balances within the Group and its related companies and reporting on intercompany balances for Month-end and Year-end closing.
- Responsible for facilitating payments through online banking transactions.
- Process overseas / local suppliers\' payments, and prepare journal entries for accruals and other adjustments.
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling Statutory Audits is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
