Job Description

Our client is a reputable and sizable MNC with solid business operation across the globe. To facilitate their company growth across the region, they are looking for a high calibre Financial Analyst to join their team looking after the SEA markets.Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Being a strong business partner with different functional stakeholders across SEA
• Conduct Business Planning, financial analysis and variances for management business review and decision making on country level, consolidating the performance results and conduct meaningful analysis to improve business and operational performance
• Monitoring and setting KPIs to support the analysis, monitoring and minimising costs
• Business partnering with core stakeholders on strategic planning and finance projects e.g. processes improvement, efficiency enhancement projects
• Supporting annual bugdet setting, responsible for monthly management reports and financial forecasts
• Working closely and support business leaders on pricing decisions
• Developing short term and long term financial modelling and business scenarios to support business growth
• Act as a business partner to the team to implement improved processes to increase company\'s efficiency and profitability, facilitating initiatives for cost saving exercises
• Working with business leaders to understand opportunities, structure objectives, identify and minimise risks

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Diolpma or Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• Previous experiences in MNCs with expsoure to regional makrets is at an advantage
• At least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or related accounting functions
• Experiences in Manufacturing/ Operations sectors is preferred but not a must
• Familiar with data usage and analysis is a plus
• Solid business partnering and stakeholder management skills and understanding of business operations
• Smart, energetic person who is ambitious to strive for excellence
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Dynamic personality with an analytical mindset
