The Company Our client is an European FMCG MNC working in the luxury retail space, operating in a dynamic and fast paced environment. They are currently looking for a Financial Controller that is familiar with the local retail/FMCG industry.
The Role As the Financial Controller, you will be taking over a full spectrum finance role, where you will oversee all aspects of financial, budgeting and forecasting, statutory accounting and reporting, business planning, taxation matters, treasury related issues, as well as inventory control and management. You will also implement the various financial procedures and controls and provide required guidance and advice to improve systems, policies, and procedures within the company. You will also be required to build and maintain an efficient and effective Finance Department for the company. You will be a key business partner to your senior stakeholders and provide financial guidance on relevant business development decisions. Your Profile To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Account with a degree in Accountancy and at least 10 years of finance experience across FP&A and controllership in the retail/FMCG industry. We are looking for a self-driven and independent person for the role. You should also be able to work well alongside senior stakeholders and have experience leading a team.
