Make an Impact by

• Responsible for the monthly and quarterly close processes with a focus on driving improvements (i.e. quality and efficiency of output) to enable optimal business decisions
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Responsible for the integration and consolidation of global entities
• Responsible for providing both operational and financial support to the company
• Responsible for external auditor and banking relationships
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of regular financial planning reports and KPIs; monthly profit and loss forecast/actual (vs. budget) and other analysis needed to effectively run the business and achieve stated financial goals.
• Coordinate fulfilment of ad hoc requests from Corporate, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop, implement and manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s accounting policies
• Establish, monitor and maintain controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company\'s value.
• Support the CFO and COO to evaluate, conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis with the intent to support data centre sales activities
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Provide financial leadership across the business in order to meet business plan targets
• Accountable for the financial objectives and policies of the company
• Work closely with the President Director, CFO and COO to prepare and manage annual budgets

Skills for Success

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting. CPA qualification is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller and corporate governance compliance
• Expert-level Accounting/Finance-related experience, with majority in corporate accounting roles, ideally a mix of Big 4 and data centre industry experience
• Proven track record of building new capabilities, with a process orientation
• Experience in investment management, IPO, M&A, JV
• Strong team leader and developer of talent, ideally at a global/multinational company with geographically dispersed teams
• Self-starter; driver to get things done
• Clear knowledge for Tax and Statutory reporting in Indonesia
• Excellent written and communication skills with an ability to influence senior management teams
• Experience with non-standard revenue models and revenue streams
