Financial Controller

The Company
Our client is one of stable and growing venture capital firms and company is focusing on technology and healthcare space. Due to the expansion, they are looking for a financial controller to join them.
The Role
This role reports to CFO directly and support CFO for all financial matters. You are responsible for oversight of financial month-end processes and group consolidation. You will review and prepare annual financial statements and coordinate external audits. You will involve in corporate financial planning/budgeting and prepare financial analysis. This role is acting as the bridge to business, to liaise with external auditors, tax agents, legal team as necessary.
Your Profile
You are qualified accountant and should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in VC or PE industry. You are self- starter, must be proactive, and able to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should be meticulous with details, and strong team player with excellent communication skills.
