The Company
Opportunity to join a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company providing innovative solutions to empower businesses worldwide. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee their APAC operations.

The Role
Reporting to the CEO and VP Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, liaising with external auditors and tax agents.

This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will partner the CEO and Head of Departments in assessing strategic investments, identifying areas of risk and opportunity as well as support on key activities such as fund raising and investor relations. Last but not least, you will also take the lead in driving system implementation, process improvement and efficiency projects.

Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

• At least 10 to 15 of experience in the full spectrum of finance and accounting work including supporting fundraising and investor relations
• Proven exposure in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
• Prior experience in a start up environment or experience in setting up finance framework, processes and procedures
• Ability to be hands-on, proactive and work with ambiguity will be key
