Finmo (www.finmo.net) is a licensed & regulated B2B only embedded payments platform that allows merchants to accept payments from their buyers via local payments methods like real time bank transfer, disburse funds locally and cross border to 100+ markets. Our stack is built on framework of a Payment OS (you pick and choose the services that you like) that provides various services like Virtual Accounts (Accounts you can issue to your end consumers to load funds for use cases like wallets, remittance providers, Wallet Infrastructure to hold deposits), ID & KYB Verification.

Finmo Tech is venture backed (Global Founders Capital, Addition Ventures) and founded by a team of payment professionals with 2 decades of experience in building global payments infrastructure and companies.

• Prepare and review complex account reconciliations, financial analyses, and deliverables
• Proactively identify and resolve financial exceptions
• Serve as primary point of contact for billing and settlement issues
• Coordinate resolution of complex customer issues with the Account Manager
• Ensure adequate coverage so all activities are completed to SLA
• Approve third party payments through accurate reconciliation of financial records
• Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations
• Act independently to lead and complete projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Track liquidity with our partners and ensure there are no operational delays
• Work with tech team on reporting requirements to ensure the books are all in order.

• 5+ years in a financial operations or similar capacity with at least 3 years of Finops and accounting exposure
• Thrives working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and able to make sound decisions under pressure
• Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, teamwork, and customer service
• English at a very high level (all communication is done in English, verbal and written) - additional languages a plus
• ACCA or Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, Finance or Operations
