Position: HR Analyst & Project - SEAK India Japan EssilorLuxottica Location: Singapore Reporting to the Head of HR for SEAK India Japan, the HR Analyst & Project collect and translate HR, Finance and Commercial data into insights for Business and HR Organization. He/She needs to be able to present a complex data into useful insights for people decision and cost control for the operations. She/He is expected to lead the standardization and improvement of HR reporting and data analysis for the stakeholders in SEAK India Japan region. Job Responsibilities: . To lead the improvement and standardization of HR Reporting in Operations which provide useful insights for the stakeholders including Finance, Business, Functional heads and HR stakeholders . To facilitate headcount approval process . To support the implementation of organization blueprint in view of integration of EL . To improve the quality and insight of HR Reporting To lead Headcount and Salary Cost monitoring To act as the cost control for HR function, expat budget and People cost . To partner with Finance, Business, Functional heads in analysis of HR data . To be the point of contact for HRIS harmonization project for the Group . To lead HR (Corporate/Region) projects as assigned Requirements . 2-5years of working/internship experience in Finance, C&B, HRIS or HR Data Analytic roles . Strong analytical thinking and good/comfortable working with numbers. . Bachelor's or master's degree in a Business /Engineering/Finance related field required. . Proven ability to churn the data and present the insights to the different level of stakeholders . Ability to collaborate with all levels throughout the organization to have better insights in the reporting and data analysis . Excellent Microsoft PPT and Expert in excel including macro skills . Working knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactor . Excellent command of English. French or Italian language skill is a plus. .
