This is a Singapore based position and will report to Lead Planner, Finished Goods, SEA

How you will contribute

• Responsible for day-to-day generation of process order (PO) from SAP system
• Conversion of Stock Transfer Order (STO) for IFF affiliate plants
• Review and analyze new order requirements that was processed by customer service or affiliates
• Coordinate closely with production, Raw Material planner and customer service team to resolve challenges encounter from RM availability, production issue or any unforeseen situation that could possibly affect order delivery
• Maintenance of finished goods and intermediates SAP master data
• Monitor finished goods and intermediates inventory to minimize risk of obsoletes and slow moving
• Execute process order exclusion for discontinued finished goods and New Win
• Manage and salvage blocks stocks from internal /external rejection
• Oflow FG evaluation - Review daily Oflow report to check the opportunity to combine process order, blending of FG and re-scheduling of bases/intermediates

Required experience and skills

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• Good understanding and knowledge of SAP
• Excellent Computer skills (Excel & Word)
• Work Independently with minimal supervision
