Job Responsibilities:

Perform cross training for team members
Act as backup for other fleet supervisor during their absent
Responsible for scheduling of daily collection and delivery with transport driver
Responsible for team performance and discipline
Responsible for resolving daily collection and delivery issue with transport driver
Off on alternate Saturday but standby 24/7

Job Requirements:

With relevant working experience as a transport planner in waste management company will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Possess class 3 driving license (Manual)/ With class 4 will be plus point
Working location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM; Alt Sat, 8AM - 12PM
