About the Role The Fleet Supervisor is part of Midmile operations deployed in the Sorting Center. The role is responsible for optimizing the transport operations, supervision of transport operators’ performance and linehaul of all items accepted by Quadx, including returning items back to the pick-up centers. The role works closely with other key departments to achieve service excellence.
What You’ll Do

• Regularly report expenses and performances of the fleet to the management
• Take preventive measure to ensure safety of vehicle and Transport Operator
• Assist in the recruitment of the qualified Transport Operators for the fleet operations
• Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency
• Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Utilize the GPS transport portal systems to monitor Transport Operators and track vehicles in case of theft.
• Communicate with third party truckers for the line haul and resolution monitoring.
• Identify and implement process improvement for transport and linehaul management
• Ensure the standards and procedures are being followed for transport operations.
• Oversee overall process of shipments’ turn-over from Pick up to XC as well as returns from Delivery Center to XC.
• Ensure agreed TATs and SLAs are met
• Ensure proper systems are used for data visibility.
• Ensure that proper tools and equipment and other resources are available.
• Seek to improve process and operations improvement to increase productivity and optimize cost.
• Supervise the creation and submission of needed regular and ad hoc reports.
• Performs other duties which may be assigned from competent authority pertinent to this function.
• Call out shots to solve operational problems with feasible solutions
• Analyze operational pattern and behavior, able to detect anomalies, generate proof and suggest solutions.

• In-charge of supervising QuadX fleet operations
• Supervise the Transport Operators’ performance to adhere strict schedules
• Ensure the right size of manpower resources are allocated during regular and peak seasons.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course
• At least 1 year experience in the same field
• Experience in a logistics e-commerce industry is a plus
• Knowledge of principles and best practices of vehicle and equipment maintenance, safety management and pertinent government ordinances and regulations.
• Good background in logistics software (e.g. FarEye) and MS office (e.g. excel, word, powerpoint) or similar applications.
• Ability to generate/ collect data and provide analysis.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve desired results
• Must be amenable to work on weekdays and weekends
