Whether youxe2x80x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youxe2x80x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Floor AmbassadorWork Dynamics - Integrated Facilities ManagementClient: BankWhat this job involves:Work closely with the Community Manager to deliver client's vision and brand promise;Provides consistent and memorable customer experiences;Create a sense of community by connecting with employees on a daily basis;Ensure the general well-being of the workspace;Assist during event days where applicable; andAny other duties, as and when directed.Housekeeping / LogisticsDaily routine checks and maintenance of the following:General office areasMeeting roomsWorkstationsMail collectionCabinetsToiletsEnforcement of clean desk policyManagement of office supplies:StationeryCopiers & printersConfidential document boxVC/AV systemTelephone line and cablesOffice keysManagement of bistro machine & supplies:Coffee machineWater dispenserCups & cutleryPaper towelsFridgePump servicing (sink)Oversee and manage lockers arrangements and usersxe2x80x99 lists;Work closely with housekeeping to ensure proper workplace hygiene is observed (meeting spaces, work points, safety, power saving, etiquette, noise level); andLost & Found management.Reception / Hospitality ServicesAnswer all incoming calls and handle inquiries whenever possible;Provides prompt response to guest/clients request (no longer than 24hours);Introduction of space and ushering of guests to their respective event spotsMonitoring visitor/space logbook;Maintenance of key contact lists;Ensure signages are constantly being updated;Sorting and handing out mails; andConstantly gather feedback from users to see how we can further improve our space offerings.Sound like you?
