Job Description
Job Scope:
Create and design custom floral arrangements for various occasions, including birthdays, weddings, holidays, corporate events, etc Assemble bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral products with attention to color, shape, and style Assisting in floral product development and work with fresh flowers, dried flowers, and plants to produce aesthetically pleasing designs Supporting coordination for online and walk-in orders Team coordination, scheduling, and basic reporting Maintain an inventory of flowers, plants, vases, ribbons, and other floral supplies Order new stock and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of popular items Properly store and handle flowers to maintain freshness, following proper care procedures Maintain tools, equipment, and floral supplies in good working condition Oversee daily shop operations and workflow Customer service and in-store engagement * Keep and maintain accurate records of customer orders, deliveries, and payments
