Responsible for solution finding of client pain points and the end-to-end execution of solving issues Facilitate the digitisation strategy. Unlock our ability to scale via end-to-end digitisation and optimised product offering and distribution to clients Ensure the Bank is compliant with all new trading regulations by overseeing and supporting the execution of Regulatory programmes as they apply to global FM BBD Sales Support all regulatory reform Programme and ensure that all risks and issues are properly highlighted and addressed and that a high standard of governance and delivery is achieved in FM Sales Support and guide the BBD Sales Management team to execute their responsibilities in managing non-Financial risks Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct Business Client and Data Analytics. Support the analysis of identifying wallets and client prospect/account management. Enable building of future data analytics workflow Support defining and execution of the BBD Sales strategy and prepare QPR submissions Execute plans to improve BBD clients' experience. Ensure the organisation retains and improves competitiveness in the region and globally Execute plans to reduce top operational risks and costs Implement efficient operating framework to mitigate regulatory risks and ensure high awareness of regulatory reform agenda Execute plans to improve productivity of Sales, improve firm&rsquos automation and process efficiency Collaborate with internal division colleagues, across country and region based stakeholders, with regards to business priorities and top risk management plans Growth Opportunities: Embrace power of data and digitisation Have a vision for future of business and engage constructively with senior stakeholders on internal decisions that need to be taken to get there Support FM Sales COO and other FM COO functions to continuously improve alignment with FM business, connect with other functions and segments and enable the firm to evolve in competition Proactively take actions to manage expectations and requirements from FM BMT, SMT, CIBMT and others when required People and Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Adherence to all relevant regulatory regimes Risk Management Deliver a culture of risk management and ensure all teams comply with the risk management processes in place Support the delivery of adequate and appropriate systems and controls to comply with Group and Business policies, procedures, standards and codes, including those governing Risk types, Compliance, ITO, Finance and Reputation. Provide oversight and monitoring of all major risk issues and concentrations. Support supervision of the framework to ensure business functions covered by this role comply with internal policies, procedures, codes and applicable external laws and regulations and adhere to the expected high standards set out in the FM Code of Conduct. Support the assessment and effectiveness of the Group&rsquos arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
