Improve sales productivity and efficiency by helping to drive an automation and standardisation agenda
Improve client experience via better services. Responsible for solution finding of Corporate client pain points and the end to end execution of solving issues
Ensure the Bank is compliant with all new trading regulations by overseeing and supporting the execution of Regulatory programmes as they apply to FM Corporate Sales
Support business in executing global strategy in the regions and globalising regional business via various network and corridor initiatives
Support all regulatory reform Programme and ensure that all risks and issues are properly highlighted and addressed and that a high standard of governance and delivery is achieved in FM Sales
Support and guide Corporate Sales Management team to execute their responsibilities in managing non-Financial risks

Support defining and execution of Corporate Sales strategy and present Corporate Sales QPR on various forums

6 Years of experience in business management
Experience in Financial Markets COO business management
Preferred direct experience in FM Sales or Sales COO roles
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to audiences ranging from C-Suite to working level staff
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
