Role Description Develop recruitment and training plan with the the human resource manager to ensure stores are appropriately staffed with productive staff. Monitor and analyse the outlet sales ,Initiate and periodically develop business plan with the sales manager to increase sales of the outlet. To support and coordinate implementation and execution of new products and business/ training processes. Upholding the company and store’s image and cleanliness in ensuring store structures, equipment and fixtures are in good condition, clean and housekeeping duties are performed routinely.

Specific Responsibilities 1) Ensure proper execution of marketing promotions. 2) Ensure service staffs perform suggestive selling at all times to increase sales and meet promotion target. 3) Review stores’ sales projection and complete Weekly Store Schedules to maximise the use of labour and achieve sales. 4) Submiting Incident Report that includes actions that are taken for customers’ feedbacks and stores’ incidents timely according to company guidelines. 5) Support and coach the team to produce consistently high levels of QSC, safety and sanitisation standards and guidelines. 6) Conduct performance appraisals and provide valuable input based on defined goals and objectives for each staff. 7)Manage shift arrangements including provide daily operational decision, positioning, scheduling of staff. 8) Work with HR Manager on building staff commitment and assist with plan to increase employee’s loyalty, satisfaction and pride.
