Job Description
To perform supervisor duties in a F&B working environment
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Assist the management on daily operation
- Greet customers and take order from them
- Answer incoming calls from suppliers, delivery man, etc.
- Monitor part time employees' working procedure and performance
- Demonstrate right working attitude and procedure
- Cash handling
- Plan staff roster & get management's approval
- Min 2 years' experience as Supervisor in F&B
- Able to deal with customers with different education backgrounds
- Needs to work on weekends & public holiday
- Able to work in long time.
