Job Description


& Requirements
Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations. Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards.
Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimises waste, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns.
Coordinating, communicating with upper management, and initiating corrective actions where necessary
Provide support, supervision and coaching and training to the members of the team
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Other duties as assigned
Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Immediate starters Excellent communication skills. Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different organization. You have a learning attitude. Willing to work 6 days rotating shift, our restaurant operates on weekends and public holidays, so applicants must be able to commit to work during weekends and public holidays.
