Food And Beverage Attendant
Job Description
Ensure that all guests are served to the hotel's standard in the restaurant/bar/lounge areas. Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within food nd beverage areas. Takes orders fo, serves(where applicable, prepares) food and beverages to guests as per hotels standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
*Greets guest and present the hotel menu*Informs the guest about the special items of the day and menu changes if any*Take food and beverages to the guest(upselling)*Take food and beverages order from the guest on the order taking pads or on the handheld point of sale(POS) system*Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments*Performing basic leaning task as needed and directed by supervisor*Communicate with the guest and provide assistance with their queries*Promptly respond to guest with additional request*Adhere to grooming and appearance standard consistentlyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php435.00 per dayBenefits:
