Position Overview The Food and Beverage Captain is responsible to recommend guest our in-room dining food and drink offering and delivery excellent guest service standards. The role requires an individual with outgoing personality who strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service, while ensuring procedures and protocols are fully followed.
The Role A. Execute food and beverage operations 1. Sending in-room dining amenities and food orders 2. Provide in-room dining set up and menu description
B. Maintain guest experience 1. Building and maintaining relationships with guests 2. Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service operations 3. Improving procedures and systems
Talent Profile 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel food & beverage operations
