We are looking for a F&B Manager to join our team
As a F&B Manager, we rely on you to:
- Coach and maximise the performance of the team
- Ensure every guest received high quality service
- Maintain smooth F&B operation on a daily basis
- Implementation and execution of new concepts
- Support the management from a planning and organising perspective
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with internal and external guests
- Has good communication skills
- Strong in leadership skills
- A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Required to have an understanding of P&L
- Able to solve problem in a professional manner
- Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
- Enjoys being challenged
