Main responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plan for new product launches, collaborate effectively with relevant global, regional and cross-functional stakeholders to efficiently drive project conceptualization, planning and implementation
Source, identify and develop new technology to provide innovative solutions in formulation and process design, shelf life extension, quality improvement, or format transformation in the snacks, sauce, paste and seasoning applications
Subject matter expert pertaining to product technical information, regulatory compliance for countries - ASEAN, USA, Canada etc., and food safety management system
Deliver projects with quality outcomes e.g., new food products with excellent quality within set timelines
Provide quick, thorough analysis of projects while providing thoughtful and ethical judgment, innovative ideas and agile response for tasks and situations
Proactively seek diverse inputs and insights from macro-environment and stakeholders to drive discussion, decision-making and innovative solutions
Work closely with CXOs, manager and cross-functional team members to execute ad hoc projects and other tasks allocated

Desired skills & experiences:

A diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or any other relevant discipline
5 - 8 years of experience in similar/ related role (e.g., food product development of snacks, sauce, paste or seasonings) is preferred
Good skills in prototypes, applications development and factory scale-up
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to show initiative, provide direction, and work with others as part of cross functional team
High degree of flexibility, organized and detail-oriented
Quick learner of new concepts in different areas
Ability to analyse issues and recognize gaps in processes, can combine scientific knowledge with legal aspects
Abilities to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Ability to manage complexities and confidential information
