With an established presence across key markets globally, we're now ready to embark on the next stage of our journey to tackle the lagging telco software scene. We are looking for talented individuals to join our Founder's Office team and play a critical role in paving our way to success. We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented professional to partner with the founders and help drive a number of high-stakes projects and initiatives critical to the success of the organization. This individual will act as a right-hand person to the Co-founders, responsible for executing critical and strategic operations projects, and owning a portfolio of high priority projects with a mission of building a Great Place to Work and Grow' This is a group-level role which is based in Singapore Why this role is unique: Unparalleled access - Not only will the successful candidate have broad content knowledge across departments, but they also understand how the Founder and leadership team think and know what's top of mind. They should use this to connect dots across projects, people, and departments to improve decision-making and make the organization work better 10X - Be part of a fast-growing organisation with ambitious plans to expand into multiple more markets and verticals, and help be the one to make it happen - and drive people excellence initiatives along the journey Direct founders access - Get direct exposure to the founders (without being a part of the leadership team) learn what it takes to build and run a successful tech company and get hands-on guidance to help unlock your full growth potential What you will do: Manage (PMO) and take ownership of strategic projects - align with key stakeholders, prepare project timelines, define milestones, track and report regular progress and resolve impediments to ensure team excellence Partner and build strong relationships with the members of the Leadership Team to drive and support the growth of our business Collaborate cross-functionally with members across departments and geographies globally to improve the efficiency of our operations on a global level, contributing to various North Star' metrics Act as a proxy for the Founder's Office team and effectively navigate through a matrix organization Oversee internal management reporting and ensure the organisation's top-of-mind projects are prioritized and aligned to business strategies Organize and up-skill the organisation's capabilities through change management and learning Be a culture ambassador, act as the voice of Circles, and be the main POC liaising with key internal and external stakeholders Who you will work with: Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Founder's Office Other key relationships: Co-founders, Leadership Team, Country Heads, Functional Leads, and others across departments What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in complex projects related to business operations Background in management consulting, internal corporate strategy, CEO office, or a highly problem-solving driven environment Robust experience in extremely fast-paced tech companies and ideally start-ups Strong project management, impeccably organized, and with high attention to detail Resourceful and able to think outside of the box to solve complex problems Ability to exercise structured thinking & strategic communication Great in storyboarding and crafting executive-level decks with compelling narratives Excellent written and verbal communication skills International exposure and / or work experience in a global organisation Circles.Life is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
