Our Client:

Our client is a global logistics leader in the forefront of supply chain innovation, and they are actively looking for a FP&A Analyst to ensure that finance and administration activities align with the company\'s annual profit budget, driven by value-based management principles via financial reporting and control.

The Responsibilities:

• Insightful Analysis: Offering in-depth analysis of financial results and forecasts using cutting-edge tools, connecting business activities and cost drivers to outcomes
• Process Improvement: Driving efficiency and automation by implementing state-of-the-art technology
• Variance Analysis: Identifying anomalies or gaps through variance analysis of financial data
• Business Optimization: Evaluating and optimizing existing business lines by identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Stakeholder Communication: Providing stakeholders with essential financial and corporate information

The Requirements:

• Educational Background: A diploma or higher qualification in Financial Management/Accounting
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance roles, ideally with expertise in financial planning and analysis, process improvement, and automation
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, using databases, and planning tools
• Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural, cross-functional environment
• Independence and Creativity: Balancing independent work with effective teamwork, demonstrating initiative and creativity
• Financial Acumen: Understanding and applying fundamental accounting principles and techniques, accurately preparing, and analyzing financial records, reports, and statements
• Technical Skills: Strong financial and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a multidisciplinary, multicultural setting
