ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a Group level role overseeing the entire Circles Group global businesses spanning SaaS and Consumer. We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented individual to join the FP&A team supporting a fast growing company looking to disrupt the telco industry. You will help drive insights and reporting critical to support Circles.Life leadership to make the right decisions. You should demonstrate business understanding and act as a true business partner, balancing between growth and accountability in order for the business to truly succeed.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

• Prepare and maintain financial models for business performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare materials for monthly business update sessions with Founder and CFOs
• Responsible for financial modeling and analysis for financial impact of business proposals
• Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy of financial model, reports and KPIs
• Key person managing our ERP system for financial reporting/budgeting (Anaplan)
• Work closely with business teams to provide insightful and quality financial advice to support company\'s business decision-making and drive efficiency, cost optimisation
• Handle other operational finance tasks and liaise with business in a timely manner

WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH

• Regional FP&A team
• Wider Finance team including the Group Controllership team
• Corporate & Strategy Team (Including Investors Relations)
• Key stakeholders across leadership team & cross functional teams - P&C, Customer Service, Operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor\'s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting is required
• 2-3+ years working experience in a FP&A or equivalent work experience in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment.
• Big 4 experience is welcomed. Experience in the telecommunications or SaaS industry is a plus.
• Strong quantitative,financial modeling, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen and a good grasp of accounting concepts
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. Exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights
• Strong attention to detail (Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project)
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit, and the grit, resilience and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles
• Great communication and presentation skills, team-work spirit, self-motivated and able to work/communicate effectively across geographies
• This is a group- level role based in Singapore
