About the Role
This role provides the opportunity to apply your deep financial and business knowledge in a dynamic environment to drive the performance of Swiss Re\'s Property & Casualty (P&C) business segment. You will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) deliveries for one of the company\'s Market Units in Asia Pacific (APAC). You will play a critical business partnering role to the market executive of the unit as their key finance counterpart, providing robust financial information and guiding strategic decision making.
You will own the annual planning process, quarterly projections, financial analysis and performance measurement to drive business decisions. You will also lead the assessment of transactions for your market and will lead or contribute to projects and ad hoc topics across the broader Market FP&A team.
Reporting to the Head of Global FP&A Markets, you will join a collaborative team distributed around the world, where your views and ideas on driving improvements will be welcomed and encouraged. You will have strong analytical and reporting support in the role from a team in Bangalore, India, as well as from the controlling and reporting team for the APAC region.
