Job Description

:

• Plays a critical support to the Head of FP&A and go to person in the overall FP&A deliverables for the group.
• Oversee the management reporting, forecasting and budgeting process for Business Units / Corporate Functions. Work closely with relevant Heads to ensure quality of forecasts and budgets.
• Monthly presentation of results to Business Units, highlighting trends and variances in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Perform financial and trend analysis for Business Units / Corporate Functions
• Be an effective support to the Business Units and Finance Business Partner
• Work with Front Office for a comprehensive view of the Business Units from Customer, Product & Channel perspectives
• Prepare financial presentation packages for Management and Board.
• Work with BU/CF teams to meet their reporting requirements
• Lead or participate in finance or cross-functional projects.
• Develop financial models and analyses for new strategic initiatives
• Assist Head of FP&A on any ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent)
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with ISC
• A minimum of 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience related to FP&A in a progressive MNC.
• Strong in analytical skills, business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Experience in Retail or FMCG industry
• Experience on SAP FI
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English are a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• A leader, team player, self-motivated and customer oriented.
