Kadan Capital is an early-stage VC firm investing proprietary capital in industry-defining startups in Asia and the Middle East.The RoleThe Fractional Advisor will serve as a trusted consultant, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform our investment decisions within the fintech sector. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for an industry expert looking to leverage their knowledge and experience to support a growing venture capital firm in the following areas:

• Fintech Trends: Advising on emerging trends, technologies, and business models within the fintech sector.
• Market Assessment: Evaluating market dynamics, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and other key factors influencing fintech investment opportunities.
• Investment Due Diligence: Collaborating with the investment team to assess potential fintech investments, including conducting due diligence, evaluating business models, and assessing growth potential.
• Strategic Advisory: Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to the investment committee based on insights gained from fintech trends analysis and market assessment.
• Portfolio Support: Providing ongoing support, strategic advice, and access to relevant networks within the fintech ecosystem.

• You possess a deep expertise in the fintech industry, with a strong understanding of key trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
• You ideally bring previous operating experience in the fintech industry
• You ideally have a strong track record of advising or investing in fintech startups, with a successful portfolio of investments and/or exits.
• You possess strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize complex information to inform investment decisions.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and recommendations to a diverse audience.
• You possess a strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights to drive investment strategy.
